Dive in. Experience. Relax. This is the motto of the “aquabasilea” in Pratteln near Basel. With a unique water world, one of the largest in Switzerland (over 13,000 m2 ), young and old people will find attractive water fun in an inspiring variety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the former Henkel area in Pratteln, a complex with water and adventure world, four-star hotel and office tower has been created. In 2007, a competition was held for the design of one of the largest water parks in Switzerland. The team with the pool operator GMF, Neuried and the architectural office T\u00e4nnler Design, Regensberg was then commissioned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Extensive and complex technical facilities meet the high demands of visitors in terms of attractiveness, well-being and hygiene.
Energy-efficient and water-saving technology guarantees economical operation. Prior to the realisation of the technical facilities, a holistic energy concept was developed to capture all potential for energy saving and resource conservation. The installed technology guarantees a high level of comfort with the most economical energy consumption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
